Deconsys Technology Ltd are specialist steel fabricators with particular emphasis on manufacture and installation for the construction industry. Formed in 2001 the company offers clients a complete package from design through to manufacture and installation throughout the United Kingdom. We can handle projects up to a value of £125,000.
Design and Engineering
We have our own in-house design facilities enabling us to liaise with client's engineers and architects. In-house design and detailing is essential to make products right first time and keep costs down. We take pride in our commitment to clients and our problem solving abilities. We can usually engineer solutions for complex and awkward problems.
Quality
We have Quality Procedures and a Quality Manual in place at our manufacturing facility to ensure all our products are right first time and that manufacturing is effectively controlled. A copy of our Quality Policy is available for all our clients.
Health and Safety
All our employees are CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) accredited as approved by the MCG (Main Contractors Group). Additionally we also carry out CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) approved in-house toolbox talks and carry out further Health and Safety training with external bodies. A copy of our Health and Safety Policy and Statement is available for all clients. Full method statements and risk assessments are carried out prior to work commencing on clients sites.
Training
As members of the CITB we are fully committed to staff training and a review of training needs is carried out annually. We are also in the process of gaining IIP (Investors In People) accreditation through the CITB in association with Esteem Ltd. Our skilled welder / fabricators are also qualified as slinger / signallers and MEWP (mobile elevating work platforms) operators. Additionally we also have qualified Appointed Persons to carry out method statements, risk assessments and supervise Lifting Operations.
